HELP: should I ship my LV in PARTIALLY PAYMENT??

I think I already so co-operate with tried my best to find her the other payment methods but she refuse all. She want to me to follow all her instruction about relist while she act totally non-co-operate, didn't want to find the way to keep in this transaction and send payment.

Oh just to inform, she has over 1000 feedback and each her emails, she asked me to show her feedbacks & assure that she really want to purchase.

I mean if she's over 1000 feedback, she must be known about eBay terms and read carefully before BIN??

OH! Is it the week of-Ask-Ur-Seller-To-Reduce $50-And-Immediately-Click-BIN-Without-Read-Desc.-Then-Tell-Seller-That-You-Not-Trust-Her-To-Accept-Your-Payment-And-Suggest-To-Relist-With -Easily ??

She intent to cover my fees about I think it's unfair for me as I can't relist my item till next wek due to limitation number of selling so, I prefer to process unpaid item etc on eBay and get back my fees. Is it OK for me?

Perhaps you should set a reserve in your auction, but not a BIN. That way you can email top bidders reminding them of the payment terms. If they are unwilling to accept, you can cancel their bids without losing the listing.

this buyer is too tricky and trying to smart on u darlink

if she decide not to pay u the rest and not return ur bag, who gonna help u? negative positive feedbacks means nothing if this happens

This sounds iffy. And I would say NO. yes if she wants to pay for escrow service funds.

I once allowed a buyer to give me partial payments, but it wans't because she doubted authenticity, so I wasn't afraid she'd try to pull a scam and switch bags. She was a college student and really wanted my LV Multi Colore Speedy. I made her send me copies of drivers license, credit card, utility statement and signed a contract. Granted all of this could be stolen too. All and all, she did pay in full 100% plus interest.

But I'd only do something like this, if you think you can trust this person 110%. I spoke to my gal over the phone, and really felt for her. But that was my one RARE exception in 9 years of ebaying.

Many thanks for all advices :smile1: After 1 month, finally I received her Traveller Checks. I go to the bank to cash these checks BUT unfortunately, since she put her sign onto the checks, I CAN'T CASH them unless my bank send the checks to USA for incaso then USA send back to here.

The worse, it'll take 1 month and I'll get extra charge :crybaby:She sent me $800 for $795 LV and she wrote in her letter ( sent along the checks ) and msg to send back her $5! Sure, I'll do it, I won't take her $5 for myself but after I re-think, I think it's unfair.

She make me wait 1 month till I can receive her checks then make me wait extra 1 month again till I can cash the checks by she put her sign on the checks.

So, should I wait till the checks clear then ship her LV? As I've mentioned, it'll take 1 month, this is abnormal for traveller check unless she put her sign so she's the only one person who could clear the checks.

NO WAY! Do not send it!

She did NOT read your auction terms or ignored them! Too bad, so sad for her!

And I agree with the PP......If she doesnt trust YOU....why on earth should you trust HER?

This is too much trouble for you. Cancel the transaction due to non compliance on her part. Send her back the travelers checks and relist your bag. Do not even accept bids from anyone who does not follow the rules of your auction!

The first rule of eBay? Cover your butt. It is sad that it has to be this way but this is the way it is right now. You have to do what's best for you. Forget what she wants. She didn't bother to properly read your auction. I would report her for non compliance and relist the bag. Send her back her checks and be done with her. I am all about customer service but she is taking advantage of you. Do NOT send her the bag.
