If buffing with a dry cloth or a tiny dab of water doesn’t help, alcohol probably ruined the finish of the caviar. You can get some clear top coat for leather dab some on carefully with a qtip (eg. Zelikovitz satin finish) to add a layer of clear finish to it.
Have you ever used this product on an entire bag? I have a light grey bag with an almost matte caviar and wondering if there’s something I can do to give it a shinier finish for care purposes.
Errrr i’ve used it on corners of caviar leather shoes and all over a preowned balenciaga city bag. I found out about it in the balenciaga sub forum, they use it to re-shine the corners. It’s super sticky and not super easy to apply an even coat, so I wouldn’t do that all over on a caviar bag unless you wouldn’t mind ruining it (should it not be evenly applied... it’s kinda got the texture of runny glue). It will help to make the bag shinier but it won’t soften the leather the way like shiny caviar tends to be.Have you ever used this product on an entire bag?
