Help remove mark on LV canvas

Looks like a hand sanitizer spill. But I might be mistaken.
The alcohol destroys the cover layer, and it makes the canvas darker and more matte.

Magic eraser will damage canvas by drying it out, and will remove the monogram print. Maybe try wet wipes first.
Isn't that thing very abrasive?
If it is a spill (coffee or something), a baby wipe will get it off. If — as I assumed — it is alcohol damage, then everything (including the magic eraser) will make it worse.
I recommend you go to the local LV shops and ask them what you can do. I won't touch my bags to restore because I know I will ruin them...
Yeah, looks like an alcohol / sanitizer stain.. I've had a big spot on my monogram eclipse zippy and I cleaned it with wipes and moisturized it using olive oil, and regular leather moisturizers. The alcohol removed sort of the clear coating on the canvass.. So i see most of the parts shiny, with a matte spot. Really bothered me for quite some time then I realized it's just a wallet. Not sure if this can be repaired by LV or i should just move on and use it till it reaches its wear-tear state.
They came up with a solution during the pandemic. They can spray back the clear coating onto the canvas. It is around 100 €.
I'm actually thinking of putting just the right amount of Fiebing's Resolene - sounds like a make or break yeah? haha
