HELP! Questions regarding shipping to Korea

which carrier should I use? How reliable is it?

I'm selling a designer bag on ebay, I said in description that I would only ship to US 50 continental states, but a person contacted me saying she's in Korea but she would be responsible for extra shipping and any custom fees.

is this a scam? I'm a new seller on ebay, thanks for any help!

I've never had any problem shipping to Korea, but I would definitely make the decision - esp. for an expensive item - based on the buyer's history and feedback.

If you decide to ship to her, use USPS International Express with signature and tracking, and insure for the full value.
