I was in Saks today and saw a beautiful 14s black caviar gold hw boy for $4000 ... Is there a size slightly bigger? And is it true there's only 3 sizes bc I felt like the medium they showed me was too big. I swear I tried on a boy before that was the perfect size

Yes. The one you tried on should be a small one and the next size is old medium, which might be what you saw before. Saks mainly carries new medium boy now, this size is equivalent to reissue 226. The old medium is similar to ML in terms of size.
