Help Problems With My Selma

I've just noticed this morning that my Cinnabar Selma has a weird colour along all the stitching and there are light blue marks on the front. I have no idea where they're from.

Does anyone know how I would get it off. I've tried to upload some photos but it keeps timing out so I'll try again when I get home tonight.

Any advise would be appreciated

o.k. I do not know your exact problem, but you can try gently to remove the stain with a white eraser. It worked, at least in my LV. Good luck

I was too scared to try anything but it looks like glue along all of the stitching of the top of the bag. I contacted House of Fraser and they have picked it up today. They're going to look at the bag for me and then contact me with the outcome. They've just got the bag back in stock so I'm really hoping they'll just swap it.

I agree, look like glue residue.

I'm really pleased HOF have the cinnabar Selma! The website describes it as 'red' so I was very confused. Also annoys me that they never have this reduced!

Yeah I know. I emailed them before I bought it to make sure it was the Cinnabar. I'm hoping they'll just swap it for me.

So House of Fraser don't have a replacement policy for items ordered online. So they've refunded me and I've had to order the Selma again. There was only one left.
Customer Services said they would send me a voucher so I could get free next day delivery but I was too scared to wait for that to come through in case the bag sold out.

Now I have to wait days for my Selma
