Help Please

I just got my favorite pair of CL's and I'm so disappointed, because they are so uncomfortable. They are the Black Decolletes and I got size 40.5, since the 40 was too snug when I tried them on at Neiman Marcus. When I wore them to work yesterday, my heel was slipping out of the back and the ball of my foot was killing me. I can't return them now that I have worn them outside. Can anyone recommend what I can put in the shoes to prevent the heel slippage and help the pain on the ball of my foot. TIA

you can buy heel grips and ball of feet cushions to help the fit and comfort levels. i personally use the foot petals brand
