Help please to fix scratch on black EPI Neverfull!

How brave are you? I would use some Tarrago brand black dye and use a fine tip paint brush or even an eyeliner brush, and touch up the spots where there is the color loss. Their products are easy to use and dry right away. You can then use a soft cloth to buff. I use their dyes to touch up corners on all my bags.
If you don't want to do that, then I would just try some Meltonian or Cadillac leather lotion on the scratches.

Inherited a bag from my mom, meant slot to me. Sent to LV for repair due to peeling inside got it back within 2 weeks. When I went to pick it up they damaged the canvas. The corners were choppy and uneven.
They said they will send it back. Specially because gladly I took pictures of the bag the same day I dropped it. However since they don’t make that bag anymore and the canvas has been damaged what would be the income ? Worst case escenario if they cannot repair it, they told me when I drop it that if they would be making that bag right now it would retail at $1600 but their mini version of that one is double that and the one that if a picture of mine, the “freezer” is triple. So I wouldn’t know what to do either if I go for a resolution or they call me and I d like to know.
