Are these two the same bag? I can see the style is similar...but is the leather also the same? The word Glace confuses me

Yep, same bag. Raffello Network has much better pics than Styledrops, so you can see the grain more clearly.

Glace is just the treatment they use on a lot of Prada bags this season. It's hard to describe without sounding tacky, but it's kind of shiny as opposed to a matte finish. Make sense?
