Help on crease!

Hi can someone help? How do I remove the folded crease on my Lindy clemence? I just noticed it actually and can’t seem to “unfold” the mark.

Bring it to H, you cannot do it yourself !
Your bag looks new (with stickers), isn't it ?

Suggest you bring it to H..
The bag is authentic, a fixing needs to be done & H should be able to correct that
H is not going to ask you where the purchase was made & FYI H will take care of your
bag (spa) for its lifetime unless other outside repairs have been done..
Personally, have never been asked for proof of purchase when I need to bring a bag or SLG
for repair or adjustment
