My hubby just bought me a dress from Agnes B that I need help on how to accessorize.

It's kinda hard to tell from the pics but the dress fits snugly on top and hits right above knee on me. Since it's a wide neck/semi boat neck, I figure a long layered necklace would go with it. However, I can't seem to find a suitable piece. Should i just ditch the necklace and go with a nice bracelet? I'm also currently based overseas where it's summer so opaque tights are out.
Any help would be much appreciated!
