Help on a pink bag

Hello ladies, I am debating this pink bag. Love the bag!
My only hesitation is that I’m concerned it may lean towards being too sweet (youthful) and trendy.
Do you think it’s a classic color/style that will be relevant for many years?
Does it look like a teenager’s bag?

I’m thinking I would wear it with black, white, cream, grey and denim.
Should I pull the trigger or pass?

It’s cute, not my personal style though. I think it’ll work for a few years, but not timeless to me.

I saw it at the launch and immediately thought it was super cutesy and I would totally buy it for my daughter that I don’t have. It’s fun, cute and casual but definitely not classic or timeless.

Agree with the other comments – cute, but not classic. That said, some of my cutesy designer bags that I enjoyed in my youth I'm starting to think about passing down to my own daughters to enjoy, so I definitely don't regret buying them. If you really love it, go for it! But it may be worth taking a look on the forum at past chanel collections and comparing to help you decide if this one is something special

Yes, it looks like a teenager bag even though it's very very cute! If I buy it because it's so cute, I'll regret for next decades...

It's not a timeless piece, many houses are coming out with these "half moon" shapes but personally I really don't like them.

On the other hand, I always love the idea of pink, any shade of pink.

If you get a pink in a classic flap or a medium sized tote, then I'd say go for it.

Also think it looks too young but depends on your style

I’m a pink lover but I also find pink one of the harder colours to style so it may not go with that many outfits

I think pink and fuchsia are really in right now. It's given the idea of red a new twist and is here to stay. Here are some inspirational photos and I can see a pink Chanel on any of the outfits.

If you're not ready for a pink handbag, then why not a WOC in the beautiful shade you've shown us?

I really like it and I think with Chanel anything can go vintage especially if it stays in great condition obviously I don’t think it would resell like a classic flap but buy what you love ,,, is the pic true to colour can you compare colour

Yes the color is true to the picture. It’s a pretty pink. I decided to pass on it

I don’t think it’s that timeless in my opinion! Id go with a pink classic flap? a pink mini caviar flap maybe? This one is kind of giving teenager vibes but I also can see some 40 year old mom who wears zimmermann dresses all the time wearing this lol!
