Hi my dear follow beautiful purse lovers

Recently I've consigned half of my bags and im left with just three bags (the photo attached).

Im in need of a casual but dressy everyday bag that i could use for work and shops (a big call). Reason why ive sold my bags is that i no longer want to buy seasonal pieces and would like to stick with the bags that don't lose their resale value in a matter of a couple of years. Ive been eyeing the Chanel executive tote, a prada bag or a gucci. I love pliable leather, soft to the touch, a little bit slouchy but structured satchels or totes. The chale cerf is perfect but looks cumbersome on the shoulder and i prefer to wear my bags this way, im not a hand held type of a gal. Besides, the chanel is too expensive looking for an everyday work bag.
What is your take on that?

The bags ive either sold or consigned: prada leather lined (too heavy), ysl cabas chyc (hand-held), d&g (heavy), chloe cassie (seasonal, is a hard sell), tods shade (light leather that easily gets stained),ysl clutch (not practical)

If you want a bag that has a higher resale value and is either a Chanel, Prada, or Gucci, then I suggest Chanel. Have you considered getting a pre-loved GST? I like it more than the Cerf tote.

Prada and Gucci bags do not hold their value. A lot of seasonal Chanel pieces do not, either.

ive noticed the gucci soho and the chanel easy are selling at a good price right now.
as for the GST to me it's a bit flashy for my taste
anyway, thank you!
what work bag would you recommend out of all brands?

Have you considered Givenchy? The Nightengale could work as you can carry it on the shoulder (at least I'm certain of the older versions).

There's also the Antigona. Don't think this gets slouchy, but both bags would go well from work to casual and can be carried on the shoulder via the straps.

I'd also recommend an Epi Speedy from LV though they don't slouch as much. Oh and the Diorissimo from Dior could be a nice option.

Can't think of anything else unfortunately.

Good luck!

I think Gucci has a lot of un-structured options, especially the soho line. You might be able to find deals this coming winter during the semi-annual sale as I hear these are slowly being discontinued.

Prada's vitello daino line is their more slouchy option. Although not as popular as the saffiano, it could be an option as well, but for me it can be quite heavy at times.
