help needed! barneys shipping to singapore!

Hi ladies!
I'm on the search for the celine cabas gusset and finally found one thanks to the referral of an awesome fellow TPF-er!
Now here the thing goes;
Barneys charge 40% of the value of the bag if I want to ship it to singapore???

If not I have to find a US address so she can ship me my bag!
Anyone shipped to singapore with Barneys before?
How does things work??

Do you have a picture of the gusset bag? If it is available at NM or Saks, it might be better since they ship internationally for not more than $75

As recommended above, if it comes down to it use HopShopGo as a parcel-forwarding service. They give you a US address to have the item shipped to, then they forward it on to you from there.

If using a shipping forwarding service what is the possibility of incur custom charges?

You will definitely incur the 7% GST if your item is over SGD$400. I usually ship using comgateway for their US address, they're efficient and reliable!

Occasionally barneys ships to Singapore for US$30. Do you have a vpost account? I use that alot, shipping charges are not that bad. Do you mind sharing the name of barney's SA of celine?
