Help!! Need to make a quick decision to buy a Chopard Happy Sport watch...

Hello.
I need to make a quick decision on purchasing a Chopard Happy Sport watch.
Very confused about which one should I buy...
Please provide your suggestion or opinion from the following selections:

1) Oval shape with 7 diamonds
2) Round shape with 7 diamonds
3) Square shape with 7 diamonds (pic shows as mini with 5 diamonds - the one I am looking for is med size with 7 diamonds, same style)

My wrist is around 5.5-6 inches. Will these med size watches look too big on me?
