Help..Need to Accessorize This Dress

My daughter's homecoming is this weekend and I just need ideas on what kind of necklace and earrings she should wear with this dress. I am a Plain Jane and pretty much clueless in this department. Feeling very overwhelmed with this. HELP!!

What would look good? What should I stay away from? Metallic, crystal, black and white?

ETA: She is wearing her hair up with a headband. At least we think. She picked out a headband with a black and white flower on it.

I agree with the no necklace opinion, the neckline of the dress is too fussy for that. Great dangle/chandelier earrings and a bracelet would be all I'd do with it, plus some great shoes of course!

Little diamond or pearl earrings would look cute with that, the dress is flashy enough that you don't need too many accessories.

no need for necklace, just a simple earring would do. you may add a bracelet if you want.
