Hello everyone,
First time poster, I'm trying to find a good "backpack" to carry around. My only contenders right now are:
3.1 Philip Lim Pashli Backpack, preferably in a dark color with silver hardware. Or an Alexander Wang Dumbo or Marti backpack.

My question right now is what do you guys think would look best on a guy, I am a guy. I'm about 5'11" feet tall and have a medium build.

I also would love to hear any other suggestions, the things I'm looking for are definitely backpack straps, would love a long shoulder strap. All leather, preferably in a black or grey color with either silver or black hardware. And something that's a bit more relaxed.

Cheers!

I don't know those bags specifically but IMO, for a guy, I would avoid anything too big/or coloured/or nylon-y that makes you look like a back-packer on holiday, too small it goes into 'cute' territory or so plain it becomes business only.

I can suggest the men's version of the Gucci Leather Backpack with Bamboo details

It was designed by Tom Ford in the 1990s and is a design classic as well as being not too utilitarian. Personally, I think it's fabulous and balances designer, smartness and an everyday OK size.

I can also recommend Burberry for a backpack (I've had one forever) they are literally built for the job. This embossed leather one also strikes the right balance for me:

Mulberry Cara backpack also has a shoulder strap and it's a practical, stylish and fun design. It somes in different leathers and styles; quilted, with studs etc. They also had a camo version out, but I think that sold out in the sale. You might be able to find it preloved.
