help! need outfit for 21st in VEGAS!

hi all!

i am turning 21 this august and i will be spending it in vegas! woo hoo

now, i am not a party girl (at all!) but i do want to go to a club for the big night (my friends are taking me out). and i really need advice for a fun/young dress to wear.

any ideas? i have been looking everywhere but i can't seem to find anything that grabs me. i plan on wearing YSL tribute heels in either black or volcano (sparkly silver). i am hoping i won't spend more than $400 on the dress.

i would love to get a mini and yes i LOVE purple . the dress is great but i think i would need at least one strap because i have a fuller chest

ideally i would get this preen dress but although i can justify spending a lot on shoes and bags i can't bring myself to spend a lot on clothes

Yes, as little as possible! Go big or just don't go at all! Happy Birthday! The bags you have in mind might be kinda big
maybe a clutch would be more appropriate for your nite out.
