Help! Need opinions on this diamond!

Hi diamond experts, i need opinions on this diamond. Is this a good diamond?
1.66 ct, J, SI 1, HCA 1.3, depth 61.6%, table 55%, crown angle 34.5, crown height: 15%, pavillion angle: 40.8, pavillion depth: 43%. Star length: 55%. Lower half 75%. girdle: medium-medium faceted 3.5%. culet: none, polish n symmetry excellent, fluo: medium blue, measurements: 7.62, 7.59 x 4.68mm. Clarity characterisyics: Crystal, cloud, feather, needle. The HCA score is 1.3 and the fire, scintillation, light returns is supposed to be excellent. Can i trust that without seeibg the light performance report? Cos it only comes with a GIA cert. Another question, if a diamond is very well cut, will it still sparkle like crazy under different light conditions or under low lighting? Thank you very much!

Where are you buying this stone from--what kind of source? Online, which vendor? In person? Have you seen it? The ONLY thing that concerns me is the clarity. A crystal and a feather in an SI1 could be ok and nothing to worry about, or could also be REALLY BAD and not eye clean. The numbers are great, really fantastic, the crown and pav are great together, I'd like a shallower stone but the angles match so no sweat.

I'd need a plot, I'd need SERIOUSLY great photos if this wasn't one I was able to see in person first.

Thank you AME for the prompt reply n LYM for messaging ame! Actually i have seen the diamond in person but somehow i find that it did not sparkle as crazy as i want it to be under sunlight and in the shop. Could it be due to the clouds? It is from my local jewellery shop in sg. I did not managed to take pics. :( I have asked the sa to source for me a few more diamonds with similar specs n he should get back to me in a week's time. ame, could u help me again the next time? Thank u so much!

Yes I can, certainly. Define "didn't sparkle as crazy as you want it" to. Id like to understand your expectations. In this case it could be clouds, it could have been dirty from handling.
