HELP!!! Need help deciding on Chanel boy!

Since I wasn't able to be completely happy with either size nor color hardware, I'm going to wait on it. I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE the original boy without the quilting, but that's clearly not available. So, I decided on getting the Classic Jumbo Caviar in Beige with GH! Painful after the price increase, but a true classic, nonetheless. I was lucky enough to snag the only one in the boutique!
