Hello Everyone,
I'm new to this group. The story is that I purchased my Gucci White Sylvie in December and I always put it in the dust bag and yesterday I found that there is a blue colour mark on the front of my Sylvie.... I am pretty sure it is from the strap, I can see from the pattern and I put my bag the front side down and the strap underneath it. I'm really shocked and I couldn't believe this is the quality of Gucci.
I'm thinking about going to Gucci Shop this afternoon, and I want to get refund and replace for another bag... do you think they can do that? btw, I'm from Australia....
I hope anyone had the same issue could give me some suggestion... What I can do?
