Hi ladies, I really need some of your help this time. I got a pair of new Lanvin patent flats but they blistered the back my feets badly. I like the shoes, how can I remedy the situation? :shrugs:

Yikes! Thanks for the help!

Thanks for all the tips! Did the shoes mold to your feet after awhile after the initial break-in period?

They do for me when I start to wear without stockings/tights my feet hurt, blisters etc...but after a while they get used to it and I didn't have a problem all spring.

yes, patent takes a bit longer to break in than normal leather. they will break in eventually; it just takes some time.

I have two bandages on my heels from my new Lanvins this weekend. Patent as well. It helped a lot to wear the bandages and then tights over top. Good luck!!

Wow, sounds like quite a few of us had to suffer for beauty! I am just kind of disappointed because I thought they would be comfortable from the start. I will be wearing double bandages and thick socks to break them in.

Thanks again for all the help!

I second Foot Petals. The creator talks about a similar problem with Tory Burch flats on her website.
