Help! My duchessa from gucci.com sale has imperfection.

I made my first purchase of gucci, the Duchessa boston bag is so lovely except that on the bottom leather part, there is an ugly crease, is it normal for on sale item?
Any input is welcome! Thanks a lot!

I got mine imperfect too, but it is a little speck and hardly noticable .. if yours isn't that obvious, i'll say treat it as a mark of your own property. This is what I heard from others.... Hopefully this will make u feel better ...

can you just stuff it and "undo" the crease? maybe put some hot socks full of rise in there?!?! so the heat kinda irons it out?

and no, just because it is on sale it doesnt mean it's imperfect! From what i know, gucci doesnt sell imperfect things unless it is at a deeply discounted price at an actual store and it is shown to u

I think a lot of bags get creases just try stuffing it. It is not a big deal really so do not worry. I think some of mine have creases.

besides we got it for sooo cheap, i'm not suprised..it probably has been at the wearhouse storage for a long time.

Gucci also uses unique leathers from adult animals. The little imperfections like, creasing, grain differences scars etc are what Gucci wants in order to make your bag, YOUR bag. They want you to have an item that is unique in it's own way. I hope this helps.
