Help!!! My bag has a defect!?!?!

I guess I'm in the minority here, but if the bag has been used, even just a few times, how can it be returned as defective? It is entirely possible that the dent occurred while it was being carried. LV isn't responsible for that.

Those kind of returns just drive up the price for everyone.

I do agree they could probably fix it though. That's what I would do and pay for it myself if necessary.
 
That's something I probably would never have even noticed. I get so fond of my things that even when someone else points out a defect, I still keep it because memories get tied up in my things. Does that make sense?
 
Hello my dears! Thanks so much for supporting my freak out over such a minor thing as a brass button:P. Went to the boutique today and showed them my bag...they are replacing the wonky little button for me.
