I finally narrowed down to the two rings. Tiffany Princess or HW micropave cushion cut. I know they are so different but I just can't choose from the two! I love tiffany princess and it looks very pretty on my hand(sorry I forgot to take pics:( ) Also, I think it will go with my daily outfits. On the other hand, I tried micropave and it looks ok on my hand but not that pretty but I think it will go with my wedding dress(thinking about lace, something like elie saab but might go with cheaper designers). And, I love harry winston for the cut and style but it just didn't shine on my fingers as I expected.
Additional information, I am thinking about 1 to 1.5 carat, E color.
Please share your thoughts with me. I really appreciate your helps!

hm...without having seen them on your hand, I can only say you have to go with what your heart tells you. To me it sounds like you have fallen for the princess and if you only like the HW for that it matches your wedding dress...then you should think, that your wedding last only one day - but the ring you will wear everyday and as you said yourself - the princess would go with everything for you.

Sounds like you prefer princess

For me personally nothing compares to a Harry Winston, it's streamlined but so elegant that it doesn't need to be a busy ring. Plus you can do some really cool bands with it.

What does your fiancé think? It's your ring, but it is the symbolic manifestation of a lifelong commitment that only he can give you. It's his gift to you. My husband said that selecting a ring was one of the most special times in his life. We certainly spent months looking but he ultimately made the selection of the actual diamond and setting. He enjoyed talking to jeweler and looking at diamonds as he was able to talk about his soon to be wife. It was one of the few things in this life that only he could for me. Everything else I could just do myself or would be a joint decision. Sometimes the SO knows you better than you know yourself. Or they see you in way that you cannot - as a bride, a mother if you choose, a companion with grey hair and 50 years together.

It sounds like you prefer the Tiffany's ring. The everyday is way more important than matching the gown.

I will go to boutiques next week and try to post some pics:)

Thats what I was thinking. I really want to get a HW ring and I was really disappointed to find it didn't work out for me but I will go to boutiques and try on them one more time. So, lets see:)

I personally prefer the HW.... but I'm not wearing it :)
You sound like you love the Tiffany's ring, I think you know which to choose!

Haha, I can see I am wearing it with everything I have in my closet. Um...I will try them one more time to make decisions!

Your husband is so sweet! My fiance is a totally different story...he would go to boutiques with me patiently but he said any rings look same pretty to him because he didn't know about them:(((

I am leaning on Tiffany's ring but I will try to post some pics and give them another try before I make my mind:)

Great advice

I would also prefer the HW, but maybe THAT particular cushion isn't doing it for you? See what others they have in your budget (you don't HAVE to go with E color, go lower)

You don't seem to really like the HW. I would not buy a lifetime ring for one day's use. Get the Tiffany ring, no one but you is going to be able to see it when you are at the front of the church anyway.
