I have the NeoNoe in Caramel/Monogram. I love it! As far as maintenance goes, it's been carefree for me. I do not baby it (but I also rotate my bags). It matches my outfits easily, especially for Fall (I'm a sweater/leggings person). You can also buy a top handle from Etsy to make it more versatile.
As to what you should get... you should consider if you want an Empreinte piece! The black is also a good choice! I personally am not a fan of the Bicolor one but that's just me. The color doesn't speak to me, and it is louder than the regular monogram (and obviously the black is the least loudest if that matters to you!).

Out of all three, I would go with the monogram black empreinte. It looks very classy to me. I bought the navy blue (on my profile pic) recently, and I love it!
I have the empreinte leather one and love it. I think the canvas one the bottom is more shaped than the leather one, and there are pros and cons because of that… pros are it won’t look slouchy after you put things inside, whereas the leather one would be slouchy without an organizer. Cons are canvas one will easily hit things hard because of its wide bottom, but leather one is softer and hurt less... I guess? Haha. Anyway I had both the empreteinte leather and canvas, but eventually I only kept the leather one
No matter how I dislike Empreinte, this bag was designed with leather in mind. It really shows. So I vote for the Empreinte and in the Caramel, that combo it the colour of the season.
I like it in black empreinte, almost got it but I have no idea about wear and tear because I don’t see people posting about it. I am curious how will it look like after 2 or 3 years of daily use.
My experience with empreinte is the embossed become flat and the leather soften a lot. Then I had horrible glazing issues. Mine is not neo noe, I sold mine after that. Now I am a bit reluctant to get empreinte bag.

I have the damier canvas neonoe and it is light weight and carefree because of the canvas. Got caught in the rain and had no issues. I did see the black empreinte and I like that it comes with an extra handle that the canvas ones don't come with. However, you can easily get an handle from etsy that will work with your bag. The black empreinte is gorgeous in person, maybe a tad heavier, and the leather could soften and lose shape if you put a lot of heavy stuff inside.
Things to consider: do you prefer low key logo? Do you want it to keep shape or do you not mind it will get slouchy? Will you be loading up the bag with lots of heavy stuff?
All your options are gorgeous, so you can't go wrong with any of them.

Ive had the classic mono neonoe back when it came out and now I’ve got the bicolor one! It really depends what your preference is. I think the quality and the value of the neonoe is just great, you are getting a big bag and with the bicolor one even a Pochette!
In case of durability I think the leather ones will hold up better but the Monogram one isn’t sensible for scratching!

I have the monogram with black trim and I love it. It is very lightweight and very very durable. I do love the look of the low-key empreinte version, but wonder if it is heavy or light? Also, as balen.girl mentioned, nobody seems to mention the wear and tear of the empreinte version so I am also curious how it holds up. I’ve had mine since 2018 and no cracking issues at all (knock on wood) and still looks brand new.
I know this isn't one of your options, but the bag looks great and wears extremely well in Epi leather. I wasn't a huge Epi fan before my husband surprised me with the bag, but I am super impressed with how lightweight and durable it is. Of course, so is canvas. Good luck with your decision!
I have a black empriente NeoNoe and I must say is a lovely bag. Leather NeoNoe has a hand held option (additional strap) which is not offered in canvas version. My black empriente is more toned down then monogram canvas or bi colour, but still has monogram imprint to “lift up” the look a bit. I recently purchased a twilly and a newly released bi colour shoulder strap to add a little “pizazz“ to the bag when I feel like it. It wears well thus far with no notable issues (had it for about 6 months), but I am not surprised as I have a 2 yr old black empriente Pochette Métis with no wear issues. I had to surrender my 3 yr old reverse monogram Pochette Métis this week (canvas cracking) and since I already have a black empriente Pochette Metis and didn’t want to deal with potential cracking again, I chose to go with Bi Colour (black and cream) Empreinter Pochette Métis given my positive experience with this leather.
