Help me! This woman says I sent her a fake!

Yall! I was literally having a heart attack. I was so close to marching down to the coach outlet and saying, if yall can't avoid selling fakes then who can! I was so put out by it. She was rather nice about it though, she apologized because well she knew she had sent me into hysterics. I felt like Nancy Kerrigan screaming "WHY, WHY, WHY!"

oh i sent her pictures showing the creed WITHOUT numbers, she sent me an email saying i have over 30 coach bags and every single one has a creed including all of the pouches and wristlets. If she had 30 then why wouldn't she know about the creed thing. she also said the zipper didn't look right and I told her, it's got to have YKK so thats just moot, as a matter of fact YKK is in one of the gazillion extra pictures I sent so don't hand me that.
aww thanks court! I really almost caved, but you told me not to and I kept saying to myself, court said I'm in the right!
