I just purchased this city coat by Max&Co and I need a warm hat, scarf and gloves.
I live in northern eu so it’s cold and windy and humid.
I’m in love with the strict shoulder line, the slim silhouette as I love 90s minimalism esthetics, and obviously the quiet luxury style, while keeping an eye on having my feminine quirky details sometimes.
Which color, which style I didn’t think about i could go for?
A oat color or camel or light brown? Burgundy?
(I am a brunette with olive skin, think Spanish and dark autumn colors suit me).

I like a rollneck or a snood under a coat like this in a cold climate; a warm cream color looks great with navy and will flatter olive skin. You can go for a color pop with a soft or bright pink (also great with navy and usually good with olive skin). Then coordinate hat and gloves. I also like the orange suggestion.
You can also use a patterned shawl tied as a scarf for a bit more visual interest.

Thank you. I actually purchased a snood/balaclava to see because it would be convenient to have this "scarf/hoodie" built it lol.
Rather than a wool hat I keep in my pocket or handbag when not in use.
Warm cream is flattering yes. I didn´t think of pink! Orange could be good too, if slightly rusty or pumpkin color.
It´s because in the store we rotated only between burgundy-navy and camel colors. So I haven´t fulled explored.
I saw a lady wearing a (fake) fur hat that looked pretty cool too.
I have always stuck to a wool hat pulled down and a huge scarf rolled around neck, leaving only my face exposed.
