Help me pick a bag - Lockme Shopper or Neverfull

I had my eye on a Pochette Métis in turtledove, but was talked out of it because I have one in black. I still love the way the bag looks but I think maybe it is time for something different. In addition to the PM, I have a Neverful MM DE and. Speedy B 25 mono.

I thought about the Neverfull in empreinte turtledove, which I was told could be ordered. I tried on the Lockme shopper in greige and liked it, but it’s a higher price point. Or do I just get a second empreinte PM in the turtledove (which also can be ordered)?

Order what you love. I say no to the neverfull.

I would get what you want most. (Unless that is the Neverfull which I personally dislike ) That other tote is lovely of you need a dressy tote. Otherwise would go with the PM (have it in reverse and it is one of my favorite bags).

I love the Turtledove color in general. I have the PM in Turtledove and it's a very versatile, year-round bag. Get what you love and what works for your lifestyle!

If you know you love and will use it just as much as the black, I say PM. (I have two double zip pochettes, one black one cream, and use them both frequently)

If you want something different, Neverfull.

I always caution against the Lockme leather if you are looking for something hard-wearing. The Lockme leather, while beautiful, is more delicate and prone to marks than the empreinte. I can’t think of a single Lockme piece I’ve seen on display that didn’t already show signs of wear. I’m also anti-folded corners.

I think you should purchase what you love. Based on your statements, you only liked the Lock Me Shopper. You already have a Neverfull in DE, but love the color of the Turtledove so the Neverfull in Turtledove or PM in Turtledove is your best bet. It's your money and you should be able to spend it on what you want. I'm not sure who talked you out of it, but there is nothing wrong with getting the same bag in another color!

I have the Neverfull in turtledove and love it. I have not stopped using it since I bought it.

Thanks for all of your advice. I decided to go for what I really wanted all along, which is the PM in Turtledove. I just placed an order from my local boutique since it’s not on the website but orderable from another store.
