Help me pic a setting.

I just want a plain platinum setting, prefer 6 prongs. Would like cathedral, but I don't want it to look cheap and crappy.

Here's a bunch I saw that look ok...whatcha think?

PS--Whiteflash/BrianGavin are out of the question, so please don't suggest them.

I like the last excel setting. You don't have to answer this if you don't want to but, how come you don't like Whiteflash/BrianGavin. I'm just curious because my bf and I have been looking at rings including Whiteflash/BrianGavin.

Briefly:
I had a VERY bad experience with Whiteflash several years back, and at the time the Gavins were still at Whiteflash. They could not make my wedding band successfully after many tries, it kept cracking. I have to give the Gavins credit, they rushed one of them in the eye of a hurricane to get it to me, and I do appreciate that, which is why I did hesitate a bit on eliminating him from the setting search. It took over a year of legal war to get most of my money back and I then bought from someone else and have not had even 1 single issue with the new ring or company.

I LOVE the Vatche Royal Crown--it's one of my favorite settings ever--so that's what I'd pick.

ETA: Just read your top three and the 1st uniquesettings.com is my favorite of those.

It is very fluid. There is a PS member who has the 4-prong version of that Ingwer--I think i have the same one picked out. If so I LOVED her setting so I hope I found it.

I really like both of the Sholdts but for the long term I am not sold. I am so totally .... confused!

Thank you!

I should have the rest of the setting prices today so I can narrow it down. I want to spend as little as I can on the setting part (while still getting a pretty one) and put the money into the diamond. I also hope to have a few more diamond choices today. They only have one in stock that's close to my budget but it's a bit high for me pricewise (over my budget by about $700). So hopefully they have something a hair smaller in both size and price that is nice and clean.
