Help me: Onthego MM vs Montaigne BB Monogram?

Hello dears!
I need your help… it’s almost my birthday and I would like to treat myself with a new LV bag
My heart was set on the Onthego MM size but then I found a pre-loved Montaigne BB Monogram in excellent conditions.
They are completely different bags so it is becoming more and more difficult to choose!
I am leaning a little bit more towards the Montaigne since I have a Neverfull MM that is my go-to workhorse bag and I feel like the Onthego might be a bit too similar to the Neverfull..
on the other hand I prefer the look of the Montaigne BB and the fact that it could also be worn crossbody which is a plus but I am afraid it might be too small even just for everyday items…
Your two cents on my dilemma would be highly appreciated ☺️

I had and sold my montaigne mm and I have the onthego which I use a lot. I dont like the separated compartments of the Montaigne. I do have the NF also but I like using both bags. I would pick the OnTheGo …

I have the Montaigne mm in the navy color ( marine rouge empreinte) and I absolutely love it. It’s so classy. I think you’d love the BB , not sure how much you carry daily, but the bb has enough room for wallet, a cosmetic bag, cellphone, keys, etc.

I feel like on the go is too much like the neverful and not as “special” looking as the Montaigne.
