Hmm I like both, sorry I know that doesn't help! 
The jumbo is more elegant while the maxi looks like an everyday bag. As ldldb mentioned, the weight of both may play a factor once loaded up. I find the jumbo already heavy with a few things, I can't imagine carrying the weight on a maxi loaded.
