Mansur Gavriel Help me! Identify and fix this stain on my new MG.

I just got it yesterday and noticed this. I don't think it's a water stain. I haven't had water near it. Is it grease or what? How do you fix it? Or should I just deal with it? Thanks!

I would just use a leather conditioner on it, this should make it fade into the rest of the leather around it.
