Help me identify a vendor

Hi All,

I would really like to order a gold bar necklace where the bar is 3 dimensional. On each side of the bar I would like to engrave a name. Does anyone know of a vendor who makes this or a jewelry who does custom orders? I've attached a photo of what I envision to help give you an idea of what I am looking for.

That looks like a Jennifer Meyer Stick Necklace.

Yes similar but her bar is flatter. I am looking for more of a cube shape. That's were the challenge comes.
