I want to buy my first nice watch, budget is $2-3K.
what brand (I would prefer Swiss), what model, help me to choose!

I am 32, have top level management job but do have to dress daily super officially, it is more business casual side in our company.

The new midsize rolex datejust stainless steel I have it and love it. The size is just between the ladies and men's models. Ive gotten tons of compliments with it.

I really like the Renato Beauties. I have one with 1 carat of diamonds with a chocolate brown sunray dial, the rest is stainless steel. These are great watches, swiss ETA movement, double deployant bracelet, with a sapphire crystal. look HERE .

I like it better than my Rolex, and get so many compliments. It is a great dressy/casual/business watch.

Omega constellation!

I second this! I also have a Rolex, but needed a change. The Omega Constellation is much less bulky and I liked it more than the Tags I tried on. I got the SS with diamond bezel and MOP face, because it went so well with my wedding set. The two-tones are lovely, also. Good luck in finding your perfect watch

I don't think the budget can get a rolex, but a tag would be really nice.
