Help me find this bracelet

My girlfriend was given this when she was baptized and has worn it since however the clasp became weak somehow and it fell off while in the water about a month ago and I’d love to replace it for her even if I have to get it custom made Idk how much that would cost I believe it’s 14kt gold

I have no idea but you can check with some of the sellers on Etsy. They can often recreate a jewelry item to your specs. A good local, reputable jeweler can also recreate it. More pictures would be helpful. Good luck.
