Either the picture is from a really bad angle or the title is wrong, or ... they are fake.
These shoes are 100mm and not 120mm...

Hi everyone! I’m new here and I’m not sure how this works exactly… but I’ve been trying to find these silver tinsel heels (see photo) and have been having a super difficult time! They seem to be about a 3 in heel and look like they are definitely an older style. This picture is from a the real real listing which has already been sold. Does anybody know the exact name of this shoe or anything that could point me in the right direction? This listing from the real real is actually one of the only photos I’ve even been able to find online at all for this specific shoe! Any info at all would be appreciated and thanks in advance for your time! (and I hope I’m going about asking this in the right way!)

I have been messaging the seller and they are suiting me that they’re real. I see them on Tradesy as well. They said that the heel measures just under 120 because they’re such a small size. The seller seems to have a good reputation both on Tradesy and on here when I search the name. They still look a bit thicker than the “original” style. It’s so hard to tell with that weird fake foot! Hmmm… I might buy and return if they are fake or 100s.

Shoe makers quote heel height based on a certain size. This is because to maintain a design the proportions have to be kept.
That means that if a Pigalle was measured at 120 for a size 8, then it could be 125 for a size 10 and 115 for a size 6. The pitch does not change for a given model as can be seen in this simplified illustration:

Similarly a Pigalle 100mm could be 105mm for a size 10 or 95 mm for a size 6.
When I said that these shoes "do not look 120", I meant that visually, the angle did not look that it was for a model 120mm. It could be that the photo is not good, but a pigalle 120 will have a bigger pitch as in here:
