So I have a maximum budget of 5k, though somewhere around 2-3 would be ideal. I would ideally like to find one that has a mix of Rose Gold and Stainless Steel. I don't like the look on me of dainty watches since I have a big wrist and hands.
Any recommendations?

Raymond Weil has some very nice watches in your price range. I don't know specifically about rose gold, but they do have a wide variety of styles and sizes.
