Help me find the gold heart gem keyfob please.

Hi, I have been looking for a keyfob that I can't seem to find. It is a leather heart thats gold and has different colored gems set in prongs all over one side. I don't know if it was poppy, it came out last year and I need a style number. If anyone knows what I am talking about and has a style number or sees one for sale PM me please Thanks!!
