I need a mini bag ( either wallet on chain or just any mini bag) that would suit my dress which is white with light blue flowers! I feel like a bag that’s silver, grey, white, or light blue would work but I can’t find the perfect bag (preferably something with no gold hardware as I’ll be wearing white gold) my budget is 1500 dollars.. I have a strict budget as I won’t be wearing this bag a lot, just occasionally but I still want a timeless bag.. (the bag will be for gatherings and weddings) a picture of the fabric of the dress is attached.. thanks in advance

I would pair that with a denim bag or denim blue leather. Coach and Hermès both do a fabulous denim blue - I'd suggest Coach Anna/Foldover crossbody clutch or a mini Evelyne, both would be fab for any occasion and they will serve as a small everyday bag as well. The Evelyne will set you back a lot of money but I find it to be a handy size (had a look at it when I visited a store earlier this year).
I would also second Coach as they've got this fabulous silver/grey blue color right now that might be perfect with your dress. What do you think?

The print on your dress is lovely but my suggestion would be to choose something in the white/silver/grey range so it can be used as an evening/outing bag with other outfits as well. The Coach options are a nice color but don't look very "dressy" imho (no shade to Coach tho...I am a huge fan and have one of their denim color bags that @Amazona suggested).

I don’t know why but I’m not the biggest fan of coach when it comes to evening bags or occasions but I’ll still check their new collections! Maybe the Polene neuf mini in chalk or mallow /malve (mauve)? It's such a cute bag and the mallow would be the perfect color with your nice dress!
Here are some more white with shw I think would pair well with your dress. I made an exception for the JC with floral embellishment - that bonbon has light ghw but I love the leather flowers and wanted to still include it. There are other white bonbons with silver if you like this style. If it were me, I think I'm leaning towards the Givenchy 4g bag.
