Help me decide!

I need to get a small all-black bag and I'm torn between these two ... the first one is AWL, so I'm leaning toward it for that reason. But I love the handles on #2. Any opinions or real life experiences would help!

Both have their problems to me. The first one has those long satchel handles that Dooney has that I found makes it weird to reach down onto the bag with the other hand without holding the bag in the air. The second bag is cuter IMO but small and those kind of handles are very stiff and makes getting into the bag a little uncomfortable. Can you tell I am not fond of Dooney's choice of handles?

I'm going with everyone on the first one too.
Maybe if you find them in the store you can see if the handle issues that Lexie was talking about bother you.
