I’m torn between these two card cases.
I really really wanted the red one but in black caviar with the pocket in the back. Can’t seem to find it anywhere.

So I can either choose red lamb with the pocket on the back, or just the plain black caviar.
I don’t have anything red, because I gravitate towards pale pink, grey, and black. So not sure how I’ll feel about it or if it will match anything.
But that pocket! :(

I actually had the exact same dilemma with the same colors and style. I ultimately went with the black reissue one Bc the red one was lamb skin and in a lighter color, I know that it would upset me with every little scratch since I would be using it daily. The reissue one was aged calf skin, I thought it was more durable. Mine was the reissue chevron!

Same! I’ve never had a lambskin piece before because I’m so OCD about my things.
I don’t think I’m going to go with red though, can’t get myself to love it.

I like the bronze color better (although I like the red too), but the red will be much easier to find in your bag. The closure on the bronze wallet also looks at first glance more like a Bottega Veneta knot-style closure. Nothing wrong with that, it just doesn't have a traditional Chanel look. They're both good wallets. Flip a coin -- heads, red; tails, bronze. If you're not immediately happy with the flip result, then you'll know which one to pick.

You’re right, and I wasn’t really crazy about the closure.
I think I’m going to hold off on both until I find something I really love.
I was told the new season is releasing mid April and until then I’ll take a look at pre-loved to see if I can hunt a black wallet down with pocket.

Thank you!
