Help me decide on a yellow gold necklace

I am planning to purchase a yellow gold Jennifer Meyer necklace. I usually wear all white metals and I am excited to add a yellow gold piece to my collection. I want it to be a piece I can wear often. I have narrowed it down to these 2 pieces but am not sure which one I like best. Can’t afford both . Help me choose!

I think necklace 1 for me, if you are planning to wear it often. The blue is lovely however may not go with all outfits.

Thank you for the thoughts! I ended up purchasing the 2nd one with Turquoise inlay and it is gorgeous!! I love it and will wear it often. Surprisingly it goes with quite a bit and adds a pop of color.
