I am adding an everyday bracelet to my stack (right now I wear a Rolex datejust on one wrist, and a small tennis bracelet on the other as daily pieces) and I was VERY set on the Tiffany HardWear link bracelet (medium thickness) until Cartier came out with their love bangle in a new medium size that hinges. Previously, I never gravitated towards the Love as the regular size was a pain in the A to take on and off (I hate sleeping in any jewelry) and the small size just felt too tiny.

What would you get? Pictures are of both pieces on me. If I go the Tiffany route, I'll probably get the matching earrings, too.

I voted for the Tiffany, I think it has more presence on your wrist. I'm a fan of the Cartier love but I like the Classic size if wearing alone.
I believe Cartier now has the full (classic) size with a hinge ~ I'm not positive it has been released but I'm pretty certain it will be (or is) available.

You will wear the Rolex on one wrist and the tennis bracelet plus other bracelet on the other wrist?

I personally prefer the Tiffany. But something is clearly calling you re the Cartier. Have you always wanted one, but never made the leap bc of difficulty in the mechanism?

If the tennis bracelet in question is a relatively minimal setting (essentially like a line of diamonds) I think it could be worn with either. If it’s a more ornate setting or bezel or something, I think the Cartier might better suit.

ETA: I don’t generally stack bracelets, but I prefer an odd number to an even number on one wrist. Is it possible that you like both of these enough that you might get one first and then the other? In that case, I’d look into the possibility of price increase

I think because I have the love necklace (the smaller one with two rings connected), I feel like I should get the bracelet to "match" but my hesitation with the love bracelet has always been (1) mechanism (until now); (2) it's everywhere; (3) it's duped a lot. I do like the look of the medium but I feel like I should go with my gut which has been the Hardwear collection ever since I tried it on over a year ago.

Hardware all the way! I'm so bored with the Love and you are absolutely right about it being duped. I literally see kids working at fast food and at the mall wearing "love" rings and bracelets all the time. They are being sold at kiosks in the malls now. They just aren't that special any more.

The Tiffany hardware looks amazing!

I also voted for Tiffany. I know the lighting is very different in both pictures, but I also feel that the lighter yellow tone of the Tiffany suits your skin tone more than the deeper yellow of the Love. Both beautiful pieces, but I’m loving the Tiffany on you. I also agree about trusting your gut.

Thanks! It doesn't help that my skin is SO DRY in both photos because both try-ons were well into the winter LOL. I need hand cream and sunless tanner stat.

I do know Tiffany uses less copper in their gold which is why it appears a bit lighter than cartier. Here's an interesting video that is to your point (my Tiffany SA confirmed this, too):

I’d go with the Tiffany bracelet. It has more style, and it is not as common as the Love bracelet. I wear a Love cuff, because I need to be able to take it off. If the Tiffany Hardware bracelet had been an option for me, that’s what I’d have bought.
