My birthday is coming up next month and I want to treat myself. I also want to purchase before the price increase. My problem is I'm torn between the Neverfull, Graceful, and the Carryall. I love hobo bags, and I'm partial to the Carryall, but I worry about the tie closures becoming worn with usage. I love the Neverfull, if only it had a closure that made me feel secure. As for the Graceful, I wish it had the drop of the Carryall. At this point, I'm leaning towards the Neverfull if I can find an organizer that zips to protect my belongings. Any advice??

From what I have seen in youtube videos and comparing my neverfull pm, I believe the neverfull pm is smaller than the other 2 bags.
I would go for Graceful because of the magnetic closure and how natural the shape looks against your (my) body. I've seen people attach a crossbody chain to make the bag crossbody as well. I've also seen ppl use bandeaus and twills to "customize" the look.
Carryall looks like a cool bag to meet the hobo needs, but the straps would dirty and get worn out really fast and it's not practical to tie/untie a bow every single time you open the bag....but it sure is pretty.

The Gracefull mm size has a better slouch than the pm. I wanted a more of a hobo look and the pm size does not work for that. I sold it and got the mm size.
You can never go wrong with the NF. There's a reason why most people have one. That could be a good or bad thing. It's never bothered me.
My vote is for Graceful PM. It slouches a lot if you have more/heavy items in it (this is how I like to carry mine). Unfortunately, most of the mod shots you see online are with the bag empty so you don’t get an appreciation for the slouch effect.

Tough decision! Unless you are really petit the nf pm likely won't fit over your shoulder, or if it does it will be a tight squeeze. The graceful pm will fit a lot but you won't be able to get in/out of it while its on your shoulder. The carryall pm is a comparable size to both and with the ability to access your items while its on your shoulder. The ties soften up a lot and so they don't seem as annoying as I thought they may be. I'm actually trying to decide if I want to get one myself. I'd recommend you go into the store if possible and try each of them on with your daily items to see what works best for you!
Gracefull PM gets my vote. I've had mine a year and use about twice a week and love it. I've had the NF PM and it's tiny and the strap drop is very short. I would carry on the crook of my arm but just didn't like it. I also love the pop of colour with the Pivoine and the magnetic closure. Not a fan of the carryall, and the leather tie
My vote is Graceful PM. I regret purchasing my MM, I feel it’s too large for my petite frame. Love the Graceful though, PM is the perfect size IMO.. tried PM on in a boutique couple years ago when I also tried the NF PM.. NF too small and looked odd on the shoulder.
Graceful MM for sure. I love the look of it. The Carryall makes me nervous with those ties. I also love the Neverfull. For reference I'm short (5'4" and a size 4)
