Help me decide between red flap or red timeless clutch

Hi ladies,
I would like to get a red Chanel for my "pop of color" bag. I am having a hard time deciding between the red timeless clutch or the red evening star flap. I already own :

Black GST silver hard wear
Black Jumbo Gold hard wear
Dark silver half-moon WOC

Which would you choose?

i would go with the timeless clutch! It looks for formal IMO

Red flap in one of the smaller sizes. It's more versatile unless you are wearing a full length ball gown or some such. You can shorten the chain for handheld use and untie it when you want to use the purse as a shoulder bag. Don't get me wrong, I think the clutch is pretty but when it comes to things like what to do with it when you visit the ladies room is worrisome for me.
