Have your tried e-mailing Coach?? They open or see pictures (for some reason) but if you ezplain to them what's wrong and give the style number, name etc they should be able to help you.
Oh no! I hope this isn't another case of the dreaded "yellowing patent" issue other members have also been experiencing lately! If so it may not be something that can be fixed. But let's let some others weigh in; hopefully I'm wrong.
i don't think yellowing gets to blue coloured patent leah..
this is more of the case that it was leaned to a yellow/ brown surface for perhaps quite some time which then caused the colour transfer..
the coluring does slightly look like it has been formed in shape-like.. as if patent leather white yellowing for example most probably start off at the sides or the seams..iykwim..
just my opinion that is..
