Michael Kors Help me choose something in Luggage :)

I REALLY want something in Luggage... DH is going to get me a bag for Christmas


At first it was a Selma hands down, but now that I own a E/W Hamilton I keep thinking maybe that style instead



I love the long strap on the Hamilton, the extra hardware, but it is a little tougher to reach inside and get items out, I also worry about the hardware scratching and scuffing up.

Love the size of the large Selma, love the big pockets, easy access, but it is a tad heavy and the strap can dig into my shoulder.


Which would you choose and why??

They both are really nice. Why not a medium Selma instead of the large? If the weight is an issue.
If the Hamilton scratches are holding you back..you can always use those phone screen protectors.
Hmm.. I will say that it sounds like you are leaning toward the selma more.

Why not the Miranda ? Right now the price is $766.50! And then additional 25% off so it would be $575 and if you sign up for email you can get 10% off and bringing it down to $517!!! The Miranda is very sophisticated like the selma!!! I would invest on a Miranda than selma or Hamilton because you can get it anytime but this is the best sales yet!!! I have the quilted scarlet miranda in small and it's so cute!!!

I do like the Selma tho!

If the Miranda had longer shoulder straps I'd be all over that great deal!

I do not have a Sutton in Luggage... It's gorgeous but I hate the way the long strap pulls at the hooks when you use it.

How about the Selma messenger...

Neutral and in a style you like! Great for this weather when you have heavy coats and in the summer when you want something lightweight and hands free.

I'm sure you are looking at your selmas thinking... but do I really need another one?! Well I am here to tell you.. Absolutely!

I am not the biggest fan of the Hamilton... I think it is function but the hardware is sometimes too much. It makes for feel a bit older than I am as it screams sophistication... The selma has more edge!

I agree, the selma in luggage is gorgeous. Plus it sounds like you really prefer that style. I think the hamiltons are pretty but the selma is prettier IMO.

The selma in luggage is really special ~ have you considered the Frankie drawstring leather shoulder bag that's on sale on the MK site? It has the soft leather and looks gorgeous yet functional.

I know this bag isn't as sophisticated as a selma or Hamilton but I'm currently saving for this: it's the bedford shoulder bag. It has a detachable shoulder strap and a detachable crossbody. Just giving some other options! It's only 298, but I'm waiting for it to go on sale lol
