Help me choose my first Vintage watch - Omega vs Chopard

It sounds like your heart is leaning towards the Chopard so go with that. But I've tried on an Omega Constellation and LOVE it. It looks much cleaner and classier than the Chopard imho.
Both are beautiful watches but I’m kinda digging the interesting bezel on the Chopard.
Have you tried them both on?
The Chopard is like a piece of jewellery, as ell as a timepiece, because of the interesting bezel shape.
The Omega is elegant and feminine with the twinkling diamonds. I vote for this one but your heart will decide!

I would always suggest going with a watch from an actual horology company before one from a fashion or jewelry house, so Omega it is. What a gorgeous model!

They are chalk and cheese and I prefer the Omega but that means nothing.
My reasons are along the lines of @Deneuveness’s. I also prefer the Omega aesthetically but that’s very personal.
Forget other people for a second and ask which one makes your heart sing? Imagine buying first one, then the other, which way round do you feel more concerned about the one you’ve let go?
