Help me choose! Gucci Soho Disco or YSL Kate small

I'm thinking of getting the Gucci Soho Disco (in black) or the YSL Kate small (in black with gold hardware). Does anyone have any thoughts on choosing between the two? I know they're both pretty different, so it's like comparing apples to oranges, but I just wanted to see if anyone has any advice or helpful feedback on the bags.
To give you some background, I've just recently started getting into designer purses, with my very first recent purchase being the small Gucci marmont matelasse camera bag (in black). I was actually interested in both the Gucci Marmont and Gucci Soho Disco bags, but decided to go with the Marmont because I felt it was a little nicer and therefore more "worthwhile" for the price. But I'm actually a very casual person, I tend to use very casual bags on a daily basis. So I've ended up not using the Marmont regularly and only on occasion for going out or nicer events.
If I get the Soho Disco, it'd be like an everyday bag for me. If I get the YSL Kate, it'd be used infrequently for special events.

It sounds like you will use the Gucci a Disco more, so Disco gets my vote.

I love the YSL Kate Small but I think the Gucci Disco is more practical, both are beautiful.

Disco all the way. I have 2. This is a casual easy to use bag. But keep in mind it’s small. It does fit a decent amount for a small bag. I’ve even travelled Europe using a disco for touring and it was great. Good luck deciding. (Also the all chain strap makes the ysl less casual).

it sounds like you will get more use out of the soho disco, but i think you're underutilizing your marmont camera bag. it's really not too dressy and looks good even when a person is dressed down. so for that reason, i say use your marmont camera bag more frequently or on a daily basis, and get a kate for special events or nice dinners.

Usually im all up for the GSD. But that specific Kate, I repeat that small CHAIN Kate is super cute. I saw it on one girl at the club in NYC and its chic.... Werqqqqqqqq

Thanks for all the advice! Glad to see lots of love on here for the Gucci Soho Disco bag, makes me feel like it would be a worthwhile purchase, since I feel the price for the bag is a bit high for what it is.
Still thinking about my decision. One funny thing is that I currently have another purse that is actually pretty similar to the Gucci Soho Disco bag. It's the Tory Burch McGraw camera bag (pictured below). Does anyone else feel like this bag is kind of a dupe for the Gucci Soho Disco bag (with the camera bag style, tassel, and logo)?
What I would like more about the Soho Disco bag is no chains on the strap makes it a really easy bag to use, and it's a little roomier.
